
Syncplify: requesting support
Current Syncplify customer
I am evaluating Syncplify software and need pre-sales support
All customers running Syncplify Server! v6.0+ can enjoy the support system built directly into their Syncplify Customer Center Portal. Simply log into the Syncplify Portal with the same email address you used when you purchased our software and the password you’ve been sent via email (or the one you chose if/when you changed it), then locate the exact license (software instance) you need support for, and select the “Request Support” item from the menu on the right-hand side, as shown in the screenshot below:
Please note: the request support option is only available for those licenses that have an active maintenance/support plan. You can use the same menu to renew/extend your maintenance/support plan if it’s expired.
