Syncplify’s mission is to innovate secure file transfer landscape by foreseeing and designing in-demand solutions. With that in mind, security is the core business, and our goal is to help everyone to achieve a truly secure information exchange. By designing and providing cybersecurity tools, we extend information security beyond our software. Although we don’t store customer’s data (files, streams, etc…) anywhere, because we are not a SaaS vendor, certain information such as customer name, company name, and contact information is stored in Syncplify’s own customer database in order to be able to fulfill orders and provide maintenance and support. We never share this information with any third party. By downloading our software, your anonymity is guaranteed. We don’t collect any personally identifiable data, and you can easily opt-out of any and all anonymous usage data collection as well. Occasionally we may use your email on-file to share major news such as major version releases or expiring maintenance and support plan.
Our website uses cookies and tracking codes for our internal purposes such as statistics, marketing and development. You can always block such cookies with simple browser settings.
Fulfillment Policy
We understand the importance of delivering our products and services efficiently and effectively to our valued customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the fulfillment process. When an order is placed via our online shop, the delivery occurs via an automatic email and is usually nearly instantaneous. When an order is placed via a purchase order, the processing times can vary, but usually do not exceed 24 hours.
Once an order is processed, an email is sent with a license code to activate (unlock) the full-featured, licensed software.
Returns and Refunds are accepted for orders where the license code has not been activated and only within the first 30 days since the purchase order date. For more details, please, refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA).
